It's been on my mind to join the blogger movement for some time. Currently my husband is a Reservist who has been called to active duty. He has been gone for 10 months and is expected home in about 3 more months. Life with out him has had lots of ups and downs and plenty of stress, but he is safe and sound and on track to return home soon. But enough about that for now.
TODAY is a good day and sometimes that's all that matters. I am blogging so that I may join other bloggers to share in the things that bring joy and delight me. Today was a good day, I celebrated the birthday of a beautiful two year old, Jacob, and tonight I had the pleasure of my grandsons company. Every time he sees me he announces my name with such joy and enthusiasm that even a bad day becomes a good day. It's good to be the Mimi. Today was a very good day.
